  • Go to the Chrome menu, three dots in the upper right corner

  • Open the extensions menu.

In order to find out if the Google Chrome is unresponsive is related to the default Chrome profile, this method will show us if the problem with a corrupt profile. If the problem is in the default Chrome profile, you can create a new Chrome profile with these instructions.

Press the windows button on your keyboard + R. In the Run window enter: %localappdata% press enter. Open the Google folder, Chrome folder, User Data folder, find the Default folder and rename it to Default_BACKUP.
