When you open a new tab, page, or address bar in Safari on an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch, you will automatically see your frequently visited pages. These are the web pages you visit most often and are a handy shortcut to your Safari favorites.
Sometimes there may be web pages in between that you would prefer not to have in this frequently visited pages list. Luckily you can easily remove them. You can also move the pages and add them to your favorites from this overview in Safari for iOS.
Delete frequently visited pages in iOS Safari
Open the Safari browser on your iPhone, iPad or iPod and click on the address bar. Put your finger on the web page you would like to remove from the overview and wait for the Delete option to appear. Click Delete, the web page is now removed from the frequently visited web pages overview on your iPhone, iPad or iPod.

Disable frequently visited pages in iOS Safari
Open Settings on the iPhone, iPad or iPod and scroll down to Safari, in the right panel scroll down to General. In the General tab uncheck the option “Frequently visited Sites”, from now on the Frequently visited Sites do not appear in the Safari web-browser for iOS.
