Malwarebytes 3.1 released – More stable and new protection methods

Since the launch of Malwarebytes version 3.0, there were quite a few problems with the stability of Malwarebytes version 3.0. Almost every month there was a program update to solve various critical issues. Despite that, the program was not as stable as its predecessor. But in Malwarebytes 3.1, the security company has implemented various performance improvements to ensure more stability. This version also uses less memory and starts up faster.

In addition to many bug fixes, Malwarebytes 3.1 also contains a completely new protection feature. With the machine learning based anomaly detection function, it can detect suspicious and abnormal activities without using definitions. This option is enabled by default under the “scan options” in Malwarebytes 3.1.2.

Furthermore, the free version will now run an automatic scan of the computer every month. It is also possible to assign manual scans a higher priority, making them faster. Also, the priority can be reduced to reduce system load during scanning. In addition, the user interface has become a lot faster and compatibility with other software has been improved.
