Remove Ads by Suggested Deals (Removal Instruction)

Ads by Suggested Deals will appear if your computer is infected with adware also known as a potentially unwanted program (PUP). As PUPs are not a real dangerous threat to your computer, it can be very annoying and slows down your computer considerably.

Suggested Deals will display all different kind of advertisements in your browser. Advertisements displayed by Suggested Deals will vary as “Ads by Suggested Deals“, “Ad by Suggested Deals“, “Powered by Suggested Deals” or “Brought by Suggested Deals” and are often shown as boxes containing large in-text rectangle or horizontal blocks, video advertisements, sound advertisements, coupons and additional pop-ups.

Clicking these advertisements caused by Suggested Deals may result in further infections in your computer. Most of the advertisements are often based on keywords found in the content of the website you were visiting.

Clicking in the middle of the page will trigger a pop-up window, redirecting your browser to unwanted advertisements or social engineering scams such as Flash Player, Browser or Media Player updates. The installers of these updates contain more adware, and installing them might cause a high-risk of privacy or identity theft.

As mentioned earlier in this article, adware not a real threat to your computer, but it can however be very annoying. Browser extensions added by adware might slow down your computer and collect personally identifiable information such as your ip address, your location, your browsing habits and eventually used for marketing, research, or sold for revenue.

Always opt for a Advanced or Custom button when installing software, these button’s reveal what software is bundled and eventually installed by a third party. Never ever, click the Quick install, Next or Typical button as it installs PUPs and adware you probably don’t want on your computer.
